Position: Shuttering Carpenter
Location: Kenilworth, Warwickshire
Project: BBV
Hours: 7:30AM to 5:30PM (9.5 Paid)
Duration: Long Term Work
Salary or Pay Rate: £250 A Shift
Foundation Personnel are currently seeking experienced Shuttering Carpenters to join a major HS2 infrastructure project. This is an excellent opportunity to work on one of the UK’s largest and most prestigious civil engineering schemes, with long-term work available for the right candidates.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Constructing and installing shuttering/formwork systems for concrete structures.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and site plans.
- Building and dismantling traditional and proprietary formwork systems.
- Working safely around plant, lifting operations, and other trades.
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with project specifications.
- Maintaining excellent health and safety standards at all times.
Essential Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card (Blue or Gold preferred).
- Valid SEQOHS Medical Certificate.
- Valid Biosite Card.
- BBV CARD
- Proven experience as a Shuttering Carpenter on major civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
- Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
- Strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
Please note: Successful candidates will be required to undergo a drug and alcohol test at induction, carried out by our end client, as part of their health and safety procedures
Candidates must be able to provide x2 Working References.
