Site Manager
Position: Site Manager
Location: Edmonton, London
Project: District Heating Infrastructure (Civils & Pipework Installation)
Hours: 07:30–17:30 or 08:00–18:00 (Monday to Friday)
Duration: Long-term (Approx. 2 years)
Salary or Pay Rate: Competitive – DOE
Requirements:
- SMSTS
- Valid Driving Licence
- First Aid
Beneficial:

- Previous district heating experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing site operations for civils works on district heating projects
- Supervising teams installing heating pipework networks
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
- Coordinating subcontractors, plant, and materials
- Maintaining site records, RAMS, and H&S compliance
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within civils or utilities
- Strong background managing teams on infrastructure projects
- Experience in district heating or similar pipeline works preferred
- Good understanding of health & safety and site documentation
