About the Company:
Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for experienced operatives to join a clean water mains renewals gang working across the East Devon region.
This is a high-priority requirement offering long-term work with a strong pipeline of ongoing projects. The role provides excellent continuity and stability, making it ideal for candidates looking for consistent employment.
Requirements within the gang:
- CSCS or Shea Water
- EUSR Clean Water Hygiene
- Streetworks Operative
- Plant Tickets – Dumper / Roller / 360
- Abrasive Wheels, Manual Handling, Asbestos Awareness (training can be provided if required)
Duties:
You will be working on clean water mains renewals (up to 125mm), contributing to a regional target of approximately 1200 metres per week (not per gang). The role requires proven experience in:
- Pipe bursting
- Open cut works
- Mains laying / pipe laying
Location & Logistics:
Operatives will report daily to the yard in Honiton and will then be deployed to sites within a 30-minute radius across East Devon.
