Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a reliable and flexible Skilled Labourer to work on a major civils project in Beccles, Norfolk
This role is on behalf of a nationally recognised civil engineering contractor delivering regional infrastructure and highways schemes across the UK. The company is known for well-structured sites, strong health & safety standards, and professional site teams working on live infrastructure projects.
We are looking for someone who is confident being an all-rounder on site — proactive, flexible, and willing to jump in where needed.
Duties Will Include:

Skilled labouring duties across site

Collecting materials from suppliers when required

Putting up Heras fencing
-
Fetching ducting and materials for groundworkers

Diesel refills for plant
-
Supporting the site team with general d skilled labouring tasks

Assisting with site set-up and maintaining site tidiness
Requirements:

Valid CSCS Card
-
Previous experience on civils or construction sites

Flexible attitude and willingness to support multiple trades
-
Good communication skills
-
Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious
