Position: 360 Excavator Operator
Location: Balsall Common
Start Date: 7th April
Duration: 4 Weeks
Rate: £22 per hour
Hours: 07:30 – 17:30 (subject to site requirements)
Tickets / Qualifications Required:
CPCS / NPORS 360 Excavator Ticket (Essential)
BBV Induction (Essential)
Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced 360 Excavator Operator to work on a civils project in Balsall Common.
This role is on behalf of a well-established contractor delivering infrastructure and civil engineering projects across the UK. The company is recognised for its structured site management, high safety standards, and strong delivery record across major schemes.
You will be responsible for operating a 360 excavator and supporting the site team with material handling and general machine operations.
Duties Will Include:
Operating a 360 excavator safely and efficiently
Loading stone from a stockpile
Supporting site operations and assisting groundworkers where required
Following site health & safety procedures at all times
Working closely with site supervisors and management
Carrying out daily machine checks
Maintaining a clean and safe working area
