Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a local Streetworks Site Supervisor on behalf of a Tier 1 contractor to work on a highways civils project in Bristol.
This role is on behalf of a leading infrastructure contractor delivering large-scale highways and civil engineering works across the UK. The company is widely recognised for its involvement in major transport and infrastructure schemes, maintaining high standards in safety, quality, and project delivery within complex environments.
You will be responsible for overseeing civils gangs on site, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements.
Duties Will Include:
- Watching over and supervising civils gangs on highways projects
- Ensuring works are carried out in line with Streetworks regulations and permits
- Monitoring site safety and enforcing health & safety procedures
- Coordinating daily activities and ensuring productivity targets are met
- Liaising with site management, operatives, and subcontractors
- Carrying out site inspections and maintaining records
- Ensuring proper traffic management and public safety measures are in place
- Supporting general site operations and project delivery
- Maintaining strict health & safety standards on site
