Position: Demolition Site Supervisor 
Location: Welwyn Garden City
Project: Demoliton 
Hours: 7AM to 5PM
Duration: 12 Weeks
Salary or Pay Rate: £NEG

Foundation Personnel are currently seeking an experienced Demolition Supervisor for a 12-week project in Welwyn Garden City, starting in April. This role requires a knowledgeable and proactive individual with a strong background in demolition works who can lead teams safely and efficiently on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising demolition operatives and subcontractors on site

• Ensuring all demolition works are carried out safely and in accordance with method statements and risk assessments

• Conducting daily briefings, toolbox talks, and site inductions where required

• Coordinating plant, labour, and materials to maintain programme

• Monitoring site safety and ensuring compliance with all HSE regulations and company procedures

• Liaising with site management and reporting progress of works

Requirements

• Demolition Supervisor qualification (e.g. CCDO Demolition Supervisor Gold Card)

• Valid CSCS Card

• SSSTS or SMSTS

• First Aid at Work

• Strong understanding of demolition safety procedures and regulations

• Proven experience supervising demolition works on site

• Ability to manage teams and maintain high safety standards

Please note: Successful candidates will be required to undergo a drug and alcohol test at induction, carried out by our end client, as part of their health and safety procedures

Candidates must be able to provide x2 Working References.
