Position: Site Agent 
Location: Northwest/Cumbria
Project: Highways 
Hours: 9.5
Duration: Permeant 
Requirements: 

• Proven highways / civil engineering experience, including local authority schemes.

• Black CSCS Card (Manager level) and SMSTS certified.

• NRSWA Supervisor qualification highly desirable.

• Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) or experience desirable.

• Strong technical understanding of civil engineering drawings and specifications.

• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

• Ability and willingness to work nights.

• Full UK driving licence.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage the delivery of assigned highways / civil engineering works packages.

• Prepare, review, and maintain RAMS, ITPs, and other technical documentation.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and local authority inspectors.

• Oversee traffic management setups, excavations, and temporary works.

• Monitor progress, programme adherence, and cost against budget.

• Ensure strict compliance with health & safety, CDM regulations, and quality standards.

• Provide clear reporting and updates to the Framework Director and Project Manager.
