Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a gateman to work on a major civils project in Lincoln, Lincolnshire.
This role is on behalf of a nationally recognised civil engineering contractor delivering regional infrastructure and highways schemes across the UK. The company is known for its strong safety culture, structured site management, and professional approach to traffic and logistics coordination on live projects.
You will be responsible for managing and controlling vehicle and plant movements across site, ensuring safe and efficient operations at all times.
Duties Will Include:

Gateman responsibilities controlling site access and egress

Liaising with the project team over radio communication
Requirements:

Valid CSCS Card

Previous experience in gateman roles

Confident communicating over radio systems

Reliable, proactive, and safety-focused
