Setting Out Engineer
Position: Setting Out Engineer
Location: Worcester area (Covering Beckford GL20 7AF & Ledbury HR8 1HY)
Project: Civils & infrastructure works, FRC works, structures, connections, pipework, and associated civils activities
Hours: 07:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday
Duration: 2-3 months (potentially with extension)
Salary or Pay Rate: £320
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Setting Out Engineer on civils projects

Competent using Total Station / GPS equipment

Comfortable working across multiple sites on a rotational basis

Full UK driving licence
-
Right to work in the UK
Key Responsibilities:
-
Setting out for FRC works, structures, connections, and pipework
-
Checking line, level, and alignment to drawings and specifications

Working closely with site management and delivery teams
-
Supporting delivery across two live sites (no same-day site switching)
Qualifications and Experience:
-
Previous experience as a Setting Out Engineer within civils or utilities

Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, and setting-out procedures
-
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
