Diaphragm Wall Banksman
Position: Piling Operative
Location: Leiston, Suffolk
Hours: 10 hours per day, Monday to Friday with potential weekends
Duration: Long term
Salary or Pay Rate: Competitive pay rate, with Travel and Lodge paid.
Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Banksman on diaphragm wall or large piling projects. Strong understanding of heavy plant movements and lifting operations. A solid safety first mindset is essential due to the nature of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for directing plant and vehicle movements within the piling and diaphragm wall works area. This includes working closely with crane operators, piling teams and site management to ensure all operations are carried out safely and efficiently. You will also be expected to maintain clear communication at all times and uphold the highest health and safety standards on site.

- CPCS Piling Rig Attendant
