Position: Foreman

Project: New Service Station Development
Hours: 07:30 – 17:30
Duration: 18 months
Salary or Pay Rate: Up to £60,000 per annum (or competitive day rate – DOE)
Requirements

SSSTS (essential)

Proven experience supervising large civil engineering teams

Strong background in highways and infrastructure works
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all site operations for up to 100 personnel, including direct labour and subcontractors

Oversee works including earthworks, drainage, directional drilling, Section 278 highway works, and street lighting

Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards

Support the Site Manager and Project Manager with planning, sequencing, progress reporting, and coordination of works

Maintain productivity on site and resolve day-to-day operational issues

Act as a key point of contact between site teams, subcontractors, and management
