Superintendent
Foundation Personnel Limited are currently recruiting for a Superintendent with experience in Drilled shafts.
Our client is well-established in the Piling Sector and encourage innovation and fresh ideas. They are looking to grow their business within Texas and the surrounding area, and are looking for a Superintendent to join them on their expansion journey.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinates and supervises all construction activities.
- Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to assigned plans and specifications.
- Read specifications, such as blueprints to determine construction requirements or to plan procedures.
- Locate, measure, and mark site locations or placement of structures or equipment, using measuring and marking equipment.
- Maintains construction schedule, identifies and solves problems.
- Orders materials and schedules inspections as necessary throughout the process.
- Record information such as personnel, production, or operational data on specified forms or reports.
- Maintains positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers and other employees.
- Prepares, schedules and supervises completion of phases of the project, including a final punch list.
- Examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to verify safety and to ensure that specifications are met.
- Promotes job site safety, encourages safe work practices and rectifies job site hazards immediately.
- Ensures all company employees and contractors are adhering to the company safety policy.
- Maintains an organized job site, including the construction office.

Salary: $120,000
Location: Dallas, Texas
