Salary: £65,000 + Company Car + 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Overview
Foundation Personnel are looking for an experienced Demolition Contracts Manager to join a national demolition and enabling works contractor.
This role offers the chance to manage large-scale demolition projects from tender through to completion, working with a well-respected name in the industry.
Role & Responsibilities

Oversee multiple demolition projects across the UK

Manage site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships

Ensure works are completed to programme, budget, and safety standards

Prepare RAMS, progress reports, and handover documentation
-
Maintain full compliance with NFDC and HSE guidelines
-
Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence
Requirements
-
Proven track record as a Demolition Contracts Manager or Senior PM
-
Strong technical understanding of demolition processes and regulations
-
Excellent communication and organisational skills
-
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationwide

Relevant qualifications (e.g. CCDO Manager, SMSTS, NEBOSH, CSCS)
