Position: Wheeled Loading Shovel Operator (Ref: 25342)
Location: Cantley, Norwich
Project: Sugar Beet Factory
Hours: 7AM to 6PM
Duration: Until March 2026
Salary or Pay Rate: £18.23
Requirements: CPCS or NPORS W / CSCS
Foundation Personnel are looking for an experienced Wheeled Loading Shovel Operator to start ASAP at the Sugar Beet Factory in Cantley, Norwich.
? Start Date: Monday 7th October
? Duration: Long run of work through the campaign, until 12th March 2026
Requirements:

Valid CPCS or NPORS Wheeled Loading Shovel ticket

Previous experience operating in an industrial, agricultural, or factory environment

Ability to work safely and efficiently under busy site conditions

Reliability and strong work ethic essential
Duties Include:
-
Safe operation of the Wheeled Loading Shovel for the movement and loading of materials

Supporting the smooth running of site operations throughout the beet campaign

Maintaining plant machinery to a high standard
This is a fantastic opportunity for a steady run of work over the entire sugar beet campaign.
Please note: Successful candidates will be required to undergo a drug and alcohol test at induction, carried out by our end client, as part of their health and safety procedures
Candidates must be able to provide x2 Working References.
