Foundation Personnel are currently looking for a Site Supervisor in Magor, Monmouthshire. The role is to oversee RAMS and Method Statements, applying strong knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical systems to support a civils-led contractor. This is working for a well-established business that delivers complex infrastructure, remediation, and enabling works projects across the UK, with a reputation for safety and precision.
Duties Will Include:

Supervising site activities and ensuring compliance with RAMS and Method Statements

Providing M&E knowledge and guidance within a civils environment

Overseeing operatives and subcontractors to maintain high standards of safety and quality

Daily reporting and coordination with project management teams

Assisting with planning and problem-solving on site
Requirements:

Valid SSSTS
-
Strong background and experience in M&E (Mechanical & Electrical)

Experience supervising in civils or infrastructure environments
-
Excellent communication and leadership skills
-
Ability to review, manage and enforce RAMS effectively
