Project: Prison Extension – Groundworks & Excavation
Employment Type: Temporary, 12 months+
Salary: £22.50 Per Hour
Hours: 07:30-17:30

Foundation Personnel are looking for 360 Excavator Operator for on going work at HMP Channings Wood. The role involves supporting a front-end groundwork gang on a major prison extension scheme. Due to the sensitive nature of the site, preference will be given to operators with existing EL1 security clearance—however, clearance can be arranged for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a 360 excavator on a secured site

Carry out excavations for drainage, foundations, and ducting

Support groundworks teams as needed

Follow strict security and safety procedures
-
Work to tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards
Requirements:

CPCS card or NPORS with CSCS logo – Essential

Safety Critical Medical – Essential

EL1 Security Clearance – Preferred (can be arranged if not already held)

Proven experience in groundworks and working on secure or sensitive sites
