Project: 728 works, roads and sewers for new build development
Hours: 7 – 5

Salary or Pay Rate:
– Per day £350 Per Day with own equipment
-£300 Per Day without
Qualifications and Experience: 3 years
About the Company: Civil engineering company
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting out works on-site, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design specifications. This role is particularly focused on 278 works, including roads and sewers, so relevant experience in this area is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
– Setting out for roads, sewers, and associated infrastructure
– Using total stations and GPS surveying equipment
– Working with CAD software to interpret and produce setting-out data
– Liaising with site teams, subcontractors, and project managers
– Ensuring works are completed to design specifications and industry standards
– Maintaining accurate site records
Requirements:
– Proven experience working on 278 works (roads and sewers)
– Competency with setting out equipment (Total Stations, GPS)
– Strong CAD skills
– Previous experience on new build development sites
– Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering or similar
– CSCS card required
