Foundation Personnel are looking for experienced Groundworkers for a project in Isle Of Grain, Kent. This role involves all aspects of civil groundworks, including trenching, foundations, drainage, and assisting with dumper and roller operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Groundworks Tasks: Perform a variety of groundworks duties, including excavation, drainage installation, and foundation preparation.
- Equipment Operation: Operate Ride on Roller and Forward Tipping Dumper machinery when required, ensuring safe and efficient handling.
- Site Maintenance: Ensure the worksite is well-organized and maintained to meet project requirements.
- Health & Safety: Follow all site safety protocols, wearing the appropriate PPE and adhering to company policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- CSCS Card required for site access.
- Ride on Roller and Forward Tipping Dumper Tickets essential for operating site machinery.
- Proven experience in groundworks and civil engineering tasks.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety standards, especially in busy construction environments.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction effectively.
