Position: Groundworks (Concrete Finisher)

Salary or Pay Rate: £230 Per Shift
Foundation Personnel are currently seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher on behalf of a Tier 1 Contractor, to join a busy and well-established site team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled operative to secure consistent work with good hours on a reputable project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finishing concrete to a high standard (power floating, trowelling, tamping)
- Working on slabs, foundations, and structural pours
- Levelling, smoothing, and compacting concrete
- Working alongside groundworkers and plant operators
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card (essential)
- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher
- Ability to read drawings and work to levels
- Knowledge of all finishing techniques and tools
- Own PPE and tools preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Desirable:
- SSSTS / First Aid
- Experience on large commercial or infrastructure projects
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment
