Hours: 07:00 – 18:00

Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a local 360 Excavator Operator to work on a major infrastructure project in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
This role is on behalf of a leading international engineering and construction contractor delivering major infrastructure and complex building projects across the UK. The company is well known for its innovative construction methods, advanced engineering solutions, and strong commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability on high-profile developments.
You will be responsible for operating a 360 excavator carrying out earthworks and drainage works, ensuring all activities are completed safely and efficiently in line with project requirements.
Duties Will Include:
- Operating a 360 excavator safely and efficiently on site
- Carrying out all aspects of earthworks and drainage works
- Excavating trenches for drainage and underground services
- Backfilling, grading, and levelling to specification
- Working alongside groundworkers, engineers, and site supervisors
- Carrying out daily machine inspections and reporting any defects
- Working to site drawings and levels to ensure accurate excavation
- Supporting general site operations when required
- Following all site health & safety procedures
- Maintaining strict health & safety standards on site
