Position: 360 Excavator Operator
Location: Southampton
Project: Water Infrastructure Works
Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 07:00 – 17:00
Friday: 07:00 – 15:00
Duration:
1.5 – 2 Months
Pay Rate: DOE

Requirements:

• CPCS or NPORS
• EUSR National Water Hygiene
• Safety Critical Medical
• Driving Licence
• Previous utilities/water sector experience preferred
• Temporary works experience essential

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a 13T Excavator
• Installing trench boxes
• Installing sheets and frames
• Supporting drainage and ducting works
• Excavations for utility infrastructure
• Working safely around temporary works systems
• General machine operating duties associated with water infrastructure projects

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience operating excavators
• Experience working on water, utilities or civil engineering projects
• Strong understanding of safe excavation practices
• Experience with trench boxes, sheets and frames essential
• Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team
